All of our supplements are formulated and manufactured here in the United States. We source some of our unique ingredients from trusted partners worldwide, but we always ensure these ingredients are non-genetically modified (non-GMO), responsibly sourced, and of the highest quality.
Nutrition by Design uses the highest quality ingredients. We avoid all artificial coloring. As such, the color will not look all pretty, clear, and white. We are committed to offering only the highest quality and most pure and effective supplements we can get our hands-on. Our policy strictly adheres to the most rigorous high standards from an unbelievably corrupted industry. As such, our products are not only safe to take but also highly effective without all the artificial flavors, pesticides, dairy, gluten, soy, fillers, and we never use any GMO ingredients.
Ordering
Yes, there are! You get a more significant price discount when you order our bulk-package options of any of our products. We also waive the shipping and handling costs on those bulk orders.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just go into your account and cancel it — make sure you have your Order Number ready. If you’ve already received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can still cancel your order by speaking with Customer Service at (888) 448-8949.
You can cancel the subscription option anytime by going into your account and cancel your whole order, cancel certain items, or cancel the subscription option by checking the box beside the item.
We want to make it simple to get the ongoing support you need. You can easily activate our Nutrition by Design™ subscription option at checkout, which will deliver our products to your door each month.
You can set the number of products you want and how often you’d like them delivered. You’ll also receive an exclusive discount applied to each order.
You can cancel or change your order at any time.
It’s simple, cost-effective, and takes the guesswork out of remembering to place your order each month.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label to your email address. Just print it, attach it to the shipping box, and send it back to us.
- Once your order has been received at our facility, processing your refund usually takes 2-3 business days.
- We will then issue you your refund (minus the $5.95 restocking fee). You will also receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-7 days for your bank to process your refund.

- To start your product return/refund, first, locate your Order Number. This can be found on the confirmation email we sent you or on the packing slip that came with your order.

Shipping
Shipping is free for any orders over $99 unless noted otherwise.
A $10 – $20 shipping charge will apply to all non-U.S. orders.
We currently only ship within the United States.

For U.S. residents, you can expect to receive your package within 5 to 7 business days after placing your order, depending upon your location.
Canadian Customers: Your order may take up to 1- 3 weeks to arrive and may be split into multiple shipments to prevent any delays with customs due to quantity regulations.
